This is more about my stay in Japan so far. Here, it is an hr ahead of spore's time. Hee... Day 1 (9/12): Took train to Shin-imamiya,where Raizan Sth Hotel is. So fun.. First time. But we din know how to go from the station so luckily got this ojiisan helped us. But as there were Raizan Nth and Raizan Sth Hotel, and we naturally thought that they were far from each other, we doubted the Raizan Hotel when we saw it. While checking the direction again, there was a kind pedestrian who directed us to the POLICE STATION. Funny la.. So we bo bian and went to ask. 2 policemen came out with my frenz and gave the (-_-!!!) look coz Raizan hotel was just across the road, in front of us! So it was that one. The 8 of us pulled our luggages there and finally checked in! The receptionist was very friendly and kind, the whole place was cozy!!! While in my room, coz I was so tired as I din sleep a wink the night b4, zzzz while memorizing my script. Day 2 (10/12): Found out Raizan Nth is right beside Raizan Sth in the same building!!! Went to meet the rest of the group at Osaka station. Took Shinkansen to Hiroshima, which costed ard $100++. :<>
Then we met our host families, talked a little, and went to another ballroom to eat. Yea! Yum!
We talked at the table after settling in my host family's house. They have 4 members, but otosan(father) was on a business trip and the elder sis(Hisae) was on holiday at Italy. Rich. So it was only okasan(mother) and the younger sis(Chiaki). Chiaki is very outgoing and can tell that the family is very close to each other. She also likes Oguri Shun!!! When I mentioned him, she jumped up and started high-fiveing me. The whole house was in frenzy. ahhahah... they showed me and denise Oguri Shun's video. WOO~~~~
Day 3 (11/12): Went to the main branch of the bank and toured the place.
Lunch at another hotel but this one was very tiring. the bento was delicious but the discussion was about our ideas on women working environment, edu system, spore society etc. This was hard coz we haven learnt many of the terms yet. I got problem understanding that person and needed SQ or denise to translate for me. After that, many brain cells died. No wonder it was held in a lavish place. ~~~
next, we went to an art museum but was too tired to bother abt the pieces although they were very beautiful. The prog ended there but CT's host mother came and brought us to the shopping district Hondori. Woo~~
Day 4 (12/12): Went to museum on Jp's warcraft and wartime battleship at Kure. Although many will feel unjust by what Jp had done during ww2, i think they will be awed by the achievements and the tech they had during the 1930s. I will say the pple then were very clever and motivated to improve on their tech.
Ate Hiroshima's popular food called okonoyaki. It is noodles sandwiched btw 2 thin layers of fried eggs and cooked on a plate like teppanyaki. Oishikatta! (Pic next time)
Lastly, we went to another town to visit Mazda factory. Looking at the cars made me feel getting a license rightaway. Quite boring but knowing and seeing the process of assemblying the parts of the car tgt was interesting. So superb la! they have an alarm which goes off of they assembly the parts in the wrong place. And the test-drive of the car is also interesting. So clever to invent all the robots to help them too. WAH........
Coz we ended earlier today, so we went back to Hondori to search for stuff again! Yeah Yeah...
When I went back home, okasan was watching a variety show hosted by SMAP. That was the first time I watched it and it was quite funny la. they have been tgt as a band for 10 over years already. OMG.....

Little Memories Of The Past
Hi!! I have abandoned my blog for a very long time. Ha... I have finally reached Japan, breathe Jp's air, walk the grounds etc... Buahahaaa...
I am staying at my host family house in Hiroshima. They stay near Yokogawa station and is only a stop away from the meeting place- Hiroshima station. So lucky for me since I dont have to spend so much on transport. Some of my frenZ cui diao.. MT has to walk an hour to and fro because her family's house is quite secluded, near the mountain. There is no bus or train near the house so her family suggested that she walked. Haaa... A few of them als0 have to walk to the station and then take a long train ride to Hiroshima. So tiring～
Anyway, I went to the convenience shop just now before I went home. I bought a yoghurt and when i walked out, there was a grey cat in front of me and kept meowing. It was looking at me and blocking my path and meow~ and looking at my yoghurt too. Omg.. The cat has big, round and sparkling eyes. So sad! It was hungry.
So I went back to the shop to buy food. But i din know what Japanese cats eat. Milk is too cold during this time, biscuit is hard, cuttlefish is cui, so I bought rice ball. When i was opening the package, it walked near me and sort of brushed itself against me. So cute!! I think it was reciprocating to me! Wow! But when I gave the cat, it smelt and walked away. It din want my food!And it meowed to its fren, which also meowed back.
I was quite scare one whole lot of cats would appear coz I dont have enough money to splurge for all the cats. Plus I thought it was a haughty cat to despise my food. So i walked back home.
Omg... Sorry cat. I wronged you! Coz i smelt the rice ball and realized it was a little spicy and sour. No wonder the cat couldnt eat it. While rushing, I din check the flavour of the rice ball. In the end, when i flipped it over, the ham was there, made with some sour and spicy sauce.
Since my host din answer the door, I went for another walk in the vicinity. Back to see the cat actually. So sad! It was still waiting at the door, meowing at pple who came out of the shop. But i found it a very clever cat. It knows who and where to ask for food. But if you ignore it, it wont pester you any longer. As I felt guilty for ignoring the cat, I decided to buy food for it again. Before I did so, i went to check if the cat was there but i couldnt see it when i went back. (I was across the road when looking for it) So I thought maybe it had food or give up.
What a cute cat and I hope someone gave it food. I think i will try to find it again tml.
